TIME LIMIT FOR LODGING A RESPONSE

Adjudication responses must be lodged within:

• 5 business days of receiving a copy of the adjudication application; or
  
• within 2 business days of receiving notice of an adjudicator’s acceptance of the application,
  

whichever is later.
