Expert Adjudication is committed to the highest standards of professional conduct for both itself and adjudicators.
If you are not satisfied with any aspect of Expert Adjudication’s conduct, please let us know.
Any complaint about Expert Adjudication should be made to Expert Adjudication in writing. Complaints will be considered by Expert Adjudication's director and a response made as soon as possible, usually within two business days.
A complaint about the eligibility, conduct or determination of an adjudicator is a matter for the Supreme Court. Expert Adjudication has no role in a complaint by one party to an adjudication about the other party or the adjudicator.
