Expert Adjudication is committed to the highest standards of professional conduct for both itself and adjudicators.

If you are not satisfied with any aspect of Expert Adjudication’s conduct, please let us know.

If the matter concerns an adjudicator, the complaint must be in writing and set out the exact nature of any alleged misconduct, details of what you would like Expert Adjudication to do to address your concerns, and your contact details.

It must be noted, however, that the type of complaint Expert Adjudicate can deal with is extremely limited and does not include any complaint about the adjudication process or the substance of an adjudicator’s decision, as they are matters for the courts.
